Shipping & Delivery
For orders over the value of R375.00 shipping is free, order under this value a fixed shipping fee of R95.00 will be charged. This is applicable for delivery  to an address within the borders of South Africa. All products purchased on this website before noon on weekdays will be shipped within 24 hours to 96 hours to addresses within the borders of South Africa once all terms and conditions have been met and depending on the availability of the product. All reasonable effort will be taken to discontinue the offer displayed on this website as soon as the product is no longer available. Stock of products displayed on this website are limited.  Delivery of products, which are not in stock and sourced Internationally can be up to 6 weeks or sooner on acceptance of order. Due to circumstances beyond our control the delivery time period can vary.
All risk shall pass to the customer upon delivery. Unless otherwise specified shall be deemed to take place when the Products have been delivered to the customers premises or other specified delivery point in the Republic of South Africa, to the customers carrier if to be collected or F.O.B South Africa airport/port if for despatch overseas. All dates and times specified to the customer for delivery of products are estimates only and the company shall not have any liability for delay or for any damagesa or losses substained by the customer as a consequence of such delay. The company may in its absolute discretion withhold delivery of the products pending payment of any sum due from the customer either to the company or to any group company.
If the customer does not accept delivery of a product in accordance with the contract then the company shall be entitled to claim payment for the product refused; and the product refused shall be in all respects at the customers risk; and the cost of storing the product shall be borne by the customer; and if such failure to accept delivery continues for more than ten days the company shall have the right to terminate the contract.
Forwarding instructions where required shall be provided by the customer not later than seven days after being advised that the product is ready for dispatch. If no forwarding instructions are recieved within this period the company shall have the right thereafter to deliver the product and to charge the customer.
International Shipping and Delivery: Shipping cost for products to be shipped to an International address is determined on a quotation basis. As there could be restrictions on certain products being exported outside the borders of South Africa it is the responsibility of the customer to enquire whether sale of any products listed on this website are available for sale to International customers prior to purchasing from this website. Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes. All such fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and our company is not responsible for these charges. The company will not be responsible for fees/taxes on returned items either. If you are concerned about additional charges, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information.

Returns & Replacements
If we ship you the wrong item, or it arrives defective or damaged, we will work with you to quickly exchange the item. Products may be returned for a refund, exchanged or store credit within 10 days after your order has been shipped. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be returned in 'new' (resalable) condition (judged by us) with all the original packaging, accessories, manuals and other documentation, etc, included where applicable. If returning a damaged shipment, before accepting from the courier company or any other postal service please look over the box. If the outside is damaged in any way, do not open it. The courier company should open the box in front of you and inspect it for damages. If any damages are found the courier company should document them. The package then should be re-taped and sent back to us. Please email our Customer Service Department and inform us of the situation.
If you change your mind or order the wrong item: we will issue you a refund or store credit for your purchase (minus any shipping and handling fees).  The company must be notified of any returns within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will only be made by the company once all funds paid by the customer has been cleared by the bank and the product has been received by the company and judged by us to be in a 'new' resalable condition with all the original packaging, accessories, manuals and other documentation. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number. On selected products a 10% handling fee may also apply. Software is non-returnable once the packaging has been opened and or activated.

Ordering
When placing an order with the company it is deemed that you the customer has understood and accepted the companies conditions of sale. Products placed in the cart without checking out is not deemed to be an order by the company. The company reserves the right at any time prior to delivery to vary the price quoted for the Products if following the date of order there is any changes in rates of exchange, any imposition or alteration of Goverment tax, any increase in the cost of materials, labour or transport or if the cost of supplying the product is increased by any other factor beyond the control of the company.(if any such variation in the nett price of the product results in an increase in such price of more than five per cent (5%) the customer may cancel the order by so notifying the company within seven days of notice of such increase.)
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Unless otherwise stated all prices displayed on this website are in ZAR (South African Rand) and are inclusive of Value Added tax @ 14%. The company reserves the right to change the selling prices without written or prior notice. Prices quoted are subject to possible errors. If an error affects an unsent order, you will be informed about the changes before your order is processed.
The company shall retain title to the product as legal and equitable owner until the company has received the total contract price together with all VAT payable and any other applicable charges thereon and the company has received bank clearance of such paid sums due to it from the customer whether under the contract or any other contract between parties.

Payment may be made via cash deposit or bank transfer into the companies chosen bank account. The exact amount must be paid and clearly identified on the electronic transfer or bank deposit slip by providing in the reference section the order number and surname. Cheque deposits are subject to a bank clearing period. For International payments an additional foreign bank fees will be charged.
Promotions on products are at the sole discretion of the company and may also be discontinued at the sole discretion of the company without written warning.  Stock for products that are offered at a promational or discounted price are limited.
Viewing Orders and Updating Account Information
Updating your account information, orders placed with the company and the progress of your order may be viewed by logging into your account on the website.
Warranties, Liability & Customer Acknowledgement
Any product which is found to the company's satisfaction to be defective as a result of faulty design, manufacture or workmanship will be covered by the manufacturers warranty and at the sole discretion of the company either be replaced free of change or repaired free of charge provided that : The product is returned properly packed carriage paid to the company's works in the Republic of South Africa at the customers risk within the warranty period from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase date is the responsibility of the customer, and the product has not been misused, mishandled, overloaded, amended, modified or repaired in any way by the customer, its servants or agents, or used for any purpose other than that for which it was designed. Repaired or replaced products under this warranty will be returned free of charge to destinations on the mainland of the Republic of South Africa. Any changes to the warranty made by the products manufacturer will supersede any of the above clause.
Liability: The warranty given above is the only warranty given by the company and otherwise this clause specifies the entire liability of the company including liability for negligence and in particular but without limitation all statutory or other express, implied or collateral terms, conditions or warranties are excluded. The company shall not be under any liability (including liability for negligence) for any loss or damage or injury to the customer whatsoever, no matter when or how arising, out of the product or otherwise, whether direct or indirect, consequential or contingent and whether foreseeable or not and in particular shall not be liable for financial loss or loss of profits, contracts, business, anticipated savings, use or goodwill. The customer will indemnify the company against any liability (including liability for negligence) no matter when or how arising out of the claim by any third party against the company together with all legal cost relating thereto  that insofar as the claim relates to direct physical damage to or loss of property resulting from the negligence of the company.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that the customer is responsible for the operation of the product and should ensure that the product is used safely and that they should use, maintain, store and keep the product in accordance with any instructions, user handbook or other from of guidance relating to the product. The company nor its agents or representatives shall be liable for any damages, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use or inability to use any product sold on this website.
Termination
Without prejudice to any claim or right it might otherwise make or exrcise in terms of the contract or by law, the company shall be entitled forthwith to cancel the contract upon written notice to the customer and to claim for any losses, cost or expenses thereby incurred by it if: The customer commits any material breach of any of these terms or conditions which goes to the root of the contract; or The customer commits any other breach of any of these terms or conditions and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period of time after having received due notice from the company to do so, or the customer makes or offers to make any arrangement or composition with its creditors or commits any act of insolvency, as defined in the Insolvency Act, 1936, as amended or any replacement therof, or if the customer, being an individual or partnership, is sequestrated, whether provisionally or finally, or, being a body corporate, is placed in liquidation, whether provisionally or finally, or if any resolution is passed for the winding up of the customer, or if the customer is placed in judicial management or if a third party seizes or threatens to seize the product before legal ownership has passed to the customer.

The headings in these conditions shall not be deemed to be part hereof or be taken into consideration in the interpretation or construction hereof or the contract.
If any words or provisions of these conditions shall be deemed to be invalid for any reason then the conditions shall be read as if the invalid provisions had to that extent been deleted therefrom and the validity of the remaining provisions of the conditions shall not be affected thereby.
The company may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part therof at any time without notice.
