Luxxor® 24 Light Source
The Luxxor® 24 Light has a 24-watt metal-halide arc lamp, for very high brightness. It is 60% brighter than a typical 150-watt halogen light. Use it for dark, deep subjects and video or still photography.
Model # LXX24
Luxxor® 50 Light Source
To photograph very large, dark cavities, like the combustion chambers of turbine engines, marine diesel cylinders, or tanks, the Luxxor® 50 Light Source is incredibly powerful. Its 50-watt metal-halided arc lamp is twice as bright as the Luxxor® 24
Model # LXX50
Luxxor® Light Guide
Connects to all Luxxor Light Sources and all Hawkeye Borescopes
The high quality, 7ft long Luxxor® Light Guide is required for all Luxxor® Light Sources. Light is transmitted through glass fiber optics which are surrounded by a protective stainless steel coil. high light coupling efficiency is assured with its 0.160" (4.0mm) diameter active area.
Model # LXXLG
Lumatec Light Source
UV Light Source
Duel UV & White Light Inspection
The 200-watt, Mercury Arc Lamp, UV Light Source is amazingly bright, and allows users to easily switch from white light to ultraviolet (UV) light!. In the UV mode it works best with shorter lenght Hawkeye® Rigid Borescopes. When used in conjunction with fluorescent dye penetrants, it provides reliable, non-destructive inspection of mission-critical parts, such as those used in aerospace and automotive applications. A Liquid Light Guide (sold separately) is required.
